Salon owner, Edris Nicholls has over 20 years of experience in the hair industry both as a successful freelance artist and salon-based stylist. After over 15 years on Madison Avenue, Edris’ dream was to open her own salon in a neighborhood that captures much of her aesthetic and spirit, while retaining the high level of service to which her clientele have become accustomed. Her goal was a meditative space that inspired relaxation, creativity and beauty—many have described her accomplishment as ‘an oasis of industrial Zen’.

With a staff of talented professionals, EDRIS SALON features eight styling stations, three color stations, a makeup station, a deep-conditioning treatment area as well as a signature manicure station and showcase pedicure room. Hair services include cuts, styling, blow-drys & updos. Chemical treatments offer glazing, single-process color and highlighting, texturizers and relaxers-after consultation. Specialized services range from eyebrow refinement and make-up to nail services and hair extensions
